Spangdahlem enters third dimension

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Wayne Phillips, Cubic aircraft simulator manager and moviegoer, examines bags of popcorn at the “Reel Time Express” snack bar in the Spangdahlem Skyline Theater here April 4 after the theater’s reopening ceremony. The military Exchange contributed $350,000 to upgrade the facility’s systems, to include a newer self-service snack bar.
