Knowledge ops managers ensure base efficiency

Records are shredded after they have reached their disposition date. The disposition date changes depending on what type of document is being accessed. Nine people work in the knowledge operations shop and oversee base records across multiple platforms ensuring critical base-level information is provided to leadership.
