Keep the fuel pumping

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Airman 1st Class Cody Cook, 81st Aircraft Maintenance Unit crew chief from Denzer, Wisc., opens and closes valves on an A-10 Thunderbolt II on the flightline Feb. 1, 2013. Opening and closing the valves controls the flow of fuel throughout the jet. He did this during a fuel test to make sure there were no leaks and that fuel was moving steadily. This test was done as part of a preventative maintenance inspection. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Natasha Stannard/Released)
