52nd OG welcomes new commander

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany --  The 52nd Operations Group welcomed a new commander during a change of command ceremony at Hangar One at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, Sept. 4, 2015. Here is more information about him.
