Most memorable Air Force Experience: My most memorable experience was becoming a Security Forces NCO.
Contributions to 52nd Fighter Wing mission success: I supervise and manage nine Security Forces personnel as flight chief, perform daily security operations and provide supervision during high tempo contingency operations. In March, 2007, I trained 12 Belgian pilots on aircraft acceptance two-person control measures ensuring full compliance with USEUCOM and NATO directives. All Belgian pilots were rated "Outstanding" during Kleine Brogel's recent NATO Joint Surety Inspection. Additionally, I revamped three Protection Level 1 exclusion area entry controller checklists creating an uncomplicated tool for US and host nation personnel. This decreased the in-processing time for personnel requesting entry into exclusion areas by nearly 20 percent. Additionally, my 6-person Protective Aircraft Shelter security team won the 38th Munitions Maintenance Group's April - June 2007 Team of the Quarter award for sustained excellence. Largely due to the outstanding performance of my team superb members, the 52nd FW passed its first U.S. Air Forces in Europe Nuclear Surety Inspection receiving the highest possible rating.
