Airmen receive Article 15

Nine Spangdahlem Airmen received non-judicial punishment under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice in August: 

A staff sergeant assigned to the 701st Munitions Support Squadron violated Article 111 by driving while under the influence of alcohol. The commander imposed a reduction to the grade of senior airman suspended, forfeiture of $1,031 pay per month for two months and 14 days extra duty. 

An airman first class assigned to the 52nd Aerospace Medicine Squadron violated Article 86 for failing to go at the time prescribed to his appointed place of duty on multiple occasions. The commander imposed a reduction to the grade of airman. 

An airman first class assigned to the 52nd AMDS violated Article 112a by wrongfully using unprescribed Percocet. The commander imposed a reduction to the grade of airman. 

An airman first class assigned to the 52nd Medical Operations Squadron violated Article 112a by wrongfully using unprescribed Percocet. The commander imposed a reduction to the grade of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, 30 days restriction, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand. 

A senior airman assigned to the 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron violated Article 121 by stealing military property. The commander imposed a reduction to the grade of airman first class, forfeiture of $400 pay and 15 days extra duty. 

An airman basic assigned to the 52nd Component Maintenance Squadron violated Article 86 for failing to go at the time prescribed to his appointed place of duty on multiple occasions. The commander imposed 14 days restriction and 14 days extra duty. 

A senior airman assigned to the 726th Air Mobility Squadron violated Article 89 by being disrespectful to his superior commissioned officer and Article 134 for being disorderly which conduct was of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces. The commander imposed a reduction to the grade of airman first class, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. 

An airman first class assigned to the 52nd Medical Support Squadron violated Article 112a by wrongfully using unprescribed Percocet. The commander imposed a reduction to the grade of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, 30 days restriction and 30 days extra duty. 

A senior airman assigned to the 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron violated Article 111 by driving while under the influence of alcohol. The commander imposed a reduction to the grade of airman.
