Tops in Blue will perform their musical show entitled "The Fly By" for the Spangdahlem community Oct. 30 in the fitness center; doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.

"Tops in Blue is one of the oldest and most widely-traveled entertainment groups of its kind," said Andrew Rice, 52nd Services Squadron recreation assistant. "The 2007 tour commemorates the 60th Anniversary of the Air Force. The Tops in Blue team is an all-active duty US Air Force special unit made up of talented performers selected for their entertainment abilities."

The two-hour show is open to all ID care holders, their families and their local national guest.

"The Tops in Blue show brings esprit-dé-cor and quality entertainment to many of our hard working military and base members," Mr. Rice said. "The show is very unique and most important, it's 'free.'"

After the show, Tops in Blue performers will be on hand to meet and greet Sabers. In addition, the Tops in Blue team will have a representative on hand to answer questions about recruitment and joining the team.

There will be audition kits available at many services facilities across the base for individuals interested in joining the team, Mr. Rice said. They can feel free to pick them up at the Bowling Center, Community Center/Brick House, 52nd SVS Marketing office, Mosel Hall dining facility, Eifel Mountain Golf Course and many other locations.

Mr. Rice said, "This is a show you do not want to miss. Tops in Blue will perform a full-range of songs across all genres and always delivers something for everyone."
