SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Lt. Col. Mark Hedman and Master Sgt. Gary Kimball, 52nd Fighter Wing Inspector General office, take a few moments at lunchtime to build a snowman outside their office March 4, 2008.
