Björkholm Unit: 52 OSS Duty title: NCOIC, Antiterrorism/Force Protection Hometown: Richmond, Virginia Years in service: 13 Why I joined: At 18, I had spent my whole life in school and was ready for a new challenge and wanted to see the world...I accomplished both. Family: My parents, sister, brother-in-law, two nephews and godson Hobbies: Traveling, Boating, Water Sports Favorite aspect of job: Being a supervisor...I've found that to be the most rewarding and challenging aspect of any job. Most memorable Air Force experience: Being on the first C-17 to fly an Operation DEEP FREEZE mission to Antarctica. Not many people get to experience something like that and I am truly grateful for that and so many other amazing opportunities I've had in the Air Force.
