Mongolian at the Mosel
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Senior Master Sgt. Louis Suarez, 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron, selects an assortment of vegetables for his Mongolian dish, Jan. 22, 2008. Every month the Mosel Dining Facility allows customers to pick their own meat and vegetables to be stir fried as part of “Mongolian at the Mosel.” The next event will be held Feb. 18 and is free for meal-card holders and $5.65 for those paying cash.
