JOINT BASE BALAD, Iraq -- From left to right, Master Sgt. Stephen Robinson, 332nd Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron munitions accountable systems officer; Senior Airman Seprina Windrows, 332 EMXS custody account manager; and Tech. Sgt. Michael Gall, 13th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron aircrew flight equipment technician, count 9mm pistol ammunition during a material section’s accountability office inventory inspection Oct. 13. The Airmen of the 332 EMXS MASO inventories 10 percent of more than 40 munitions accounts every month, and 100 percent of accounts every six months, or whenever a munitions accountable systems officer changes out. The accountability office is also responsible for ordering more ammunition when individual account supplies get low. “Without the accountability office section JBB wouldn’t have the munitions to accomplish the mission,” said Chief Master Sgt. Erick Hays, 332 EMXS Munitions Flight chief, a native of Kingsley, Mich., deployed from Camp Darby, Italy. Sergeant Robinson is a native of Denton, Texas, deployed from Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. Airman Windrows is a native of Coleen, Texas, deployed from Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. Sergeant Gall is a native of Aurora, Neb., deployed from Misawa Air Base, Japan. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech.
