SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany — The 47th U.S. Air Forces in Europe Band holiday concert in Bitburg takes place 8 p.m. Dec. 10 at the city’s Stadthalle, or city hall. Tickets are 11 Euros for adults and 7 Euros for students and can be purchased now from the Bitburg Cultural Society at 06561-6001-220 or via http://www.ticket-regional.de.
