Years in Service: Five years Why joined: Having a grandfather who stormed the beaches of Normandy and another who fought in the Pacific campaign has filled me with a great sense of military pride and left me wanting to serve my country from a young age. Family: My wife, Staff Sgt. Chona Fox, and son, Riley Cavett. Hobbies: I enjoy traveling, photography and competitive gaming. Favorite aspect of job: The people -- I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most intelligent, hard working and resilient Airmen the Air Force has to offer. I am often amazed at what we are able to accomplish on a daily basis. Most memorable Air Force experience: Receiving the John L. Levitow Award at Airman Leadership School. I was greatly humbled that my peers saw in me the qualities embodied by this award, and viewed me as a leader. How do you make responsible choices: Following the regulations, articles and core values the Air Force has provided generally ensures I make the responsible choice.
