FitFactor rewards youth for staying active
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Master Sgt. Alex Stepp, 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, runs with his son, Hayden, and daughter, Amaya, under a parachute during the FitFactor X-Games event at the Spangdahlem Middle School here March 3. The 52nd Force Support Squadron Youth Programs sponsored the event to introduce and familiarize students and their parents with fitness and health initiatives. FitFactor is an Air Force-wide youth fitness and health program that challenges children age 6 to 18 to be active for an hour each day, eat right and make healthy lifestyle choices.
