- Misawa AB; July 2006 – July 2009; Comprehensive Dentist

Organizational Goals:

- Provide safe, reliable, and trusted dental care. Excel at mission readiness and at meeting the needs of our Group and Wing leaders. Develop our people taking care of one another and growing future leaders. Carry on the tradition, excellence, and enthusiasm set forth by Col Blake.

Work Philosophy:

– I expect our staff to do the right thing. Don’t cut corners, don’t slack off, don’t come in to work late it puts our patients at risk and lowers the bar of excellence that we are expected to hold high. I also expect our team to have an understanding of why we are here. How we fit in to our nation’s military readiness. If this understanding is not solid, then work becomes more of a job than a calling. Once this is realized, I feel we are more apt to do the little things that count. Teamwork, looking for ways to innovate, mentoring junior members, and going beyond what is expected to improve the unit’s function.
