Organizational Goals:

Strengthen our partnerships through mission-centered customer service and support.  Our credibility is tied closely with our relationships between not only the immediate base populace, but also our various tenant units and mission partners.  Customer service doesn't need to be high tech -- there's no substitute for human interaction.

Exemplify an innovative mindset.  The person closest to the problem is often the one with the best solution -- whether it's an outdated policy or cumbersome process. Question the way we've always done things, think creatively and find new solutions to problems.  Take intelligent risks that get the mission done in better ways than before.

Work Philosophy:

No successful organization relies on fate, hope or luck.  The squadron and staff agencies have been and will continue to be successful because of your dedication, resourcefulness and hard work. Lastly, while you're here and in whatever you choose for the future, always try to make the journey more valuable than the destination.
