SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, GERMANY – Noah Byers, son of Staff Sgt. Joshua Byers, 52nd Equipment Maintenance Squadron, took first place in a “Meet the Robinsons” Easter coloring contest hosted by the Spangdahlem Skyline in the ages 5 and under category.
