Top Saber Performer for Aug. 10 - 16

SPANGDAHLEM IAIR BASE, Germany -- Tech. Sgt. Michael Joseph Kodack Jr., a F-16 tactical aircraft maintenance instructor with Detachment 17, has been named the 52nd Fighter Wing's Top Saber Performer for the week of Aug. 10 - 16.

Favorite aspect of job: My favorite aspect of the job is the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences with individuals to increase their proficiency in maintaining the intricate systems of the F-16.
Most memorable Air Force experience: My most memorable Air Force experience is a tie between watching a jet take off and return safely from a combat sortie after working throughout the night to get it fixed and meeting former Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Gary Pfingston.
