Favorite aspect of job: Supervising young Airmen, guiding them through the adjustment to military life and mentorship.

Most memorable AF experience: The 14th Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, Gerald R. Murray, presented my Airman's Coin to me personally at basic training.

How do you make responsible choices: I write all of my concerns down on paper then do kind of a pros and cons type process of elimination. I also ask my family and mentors for advice, but ultimately I make the final decision.
