Fire Prevention Parade
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Staff Sgt. Crystal Molinary, 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron, Sparky the fire safety dog, Col. Christopher Weggeman, 52nd Fighter Wing commander, and Col. Jodine Tooke, 52nd Mission Support Group commander, wave to Sabers during a fire brigade parade of German and U.S. fire trucks through Spangdahlem’s housing loop as part of Fire Prevention Week Oct. 9. The day also included fire emergency services activities such as an auto extrication demonstration, U.S. and German fire truck static displays, hose bowling, bunker drills, a smoke house, stove safety and a free barbecue.
