SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – -- The previous 52 FW app is transitioning to the “USAF Connect” app, available on all smartphones, for all base-related information and notifications starting today.
The former 52 FW app is no longer being supported or updated and will no longer be available to download after May 30, 2021. Personnel should download USAF Connect to receive time-sensitive notifications such as road condition changes and Coronavirus information.
The free USAF Connect app is a one-stop shop that contains all the information found on the previous app, such as the phone directory, access to base notifications, but also includes additional features for ease of use that were not available within the former app.
With the rollout of this new app, feedback is both important and appreciated to continue streamlining service.
