U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Rebecca Hooper received the John Levitow award Nov. 15, 2019 during Airman Leadership School graduation at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. The John Levitow award is presented to an enlisted Professional Military Education graduate who demonstrates the most professional leadership and academic performance.
