Legal office issues August newsletter

The 52nd Fighter Wing Judge Advocate General office recently published the August issue of its "Notes From the JAG" newsletter.

The publication, which is produced monthly by the paralegals and JAG officers at the base legal office, features information regarding various legal topics and "Hot Issues" for the base community.

"There is a great deal of information in the newsletter that can affect many of our Saber Airmen, such as cancelling cell phone/internet contracts, downloading fees, traffic citations, etc.," said U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Lezette Kennedy, 52nd FW NCO-in-charge of civil law. "I believe every single topic in the newsletter is important and can impact someone's life in one way or another."

The newsletter can be found on the Spangdahlem Air Base website under the "Units" tab and then by selecting "Judge Advocate" under the "52nd Fighter Wing" staff agencies section.

The JAG unit page also features the latest legal blotter as well as fact sheets pertaining to the following issues:
