Discharges

An Airman assigned to 52nd Logistics Readiness Squadron was discharged for a pattern of misconduct and received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) service characterization.

Article 15s

A Senior Airman assigned to 606th Air Control Squadron decided to drive while under the influence of alcohol. The member received a reduction E-2 with reduction below E-3 suspended, forfeiture of $858.00 pay per month for 2 months, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, drunken operation of a vehicle.

A Senior Airman assigned to 52nd Logistics Readiness Squadron wrongfully used oxycodone, a schedule II controlled substance. Additionally, the member touched two fellow Airmen in an abusive and unwanted sexual manner. The member received a reduction to E-1, suspended forfeiture of $765.00 pay per month for 2 months, 45 days restriction, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 112a, wrongful use of a controlled substance, and two violations of Article 120c, abusive sexual contact.

A staff sergeant. assigned to 52nd Equipment Maintenance Squadron failed to conduct himself/herself in a proper manner when they fled from, then threatened security forces. The member received a reduction to E-4 suspended, forfeiture of $1,213.00 pay per month for 2 months, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, failure to obey a lawful order, one violation of Article 117, provoking gestures or speech, and two violations of Article 134, drunk and disorderly and communicating a threat.

A staff sergeant assigned to 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron failed to refrain from engaging in an unprofessional relationship with a subordinate Airman. Additionally, the member committed indecent exposure. The member received a reduction to E-4, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty, and one violation of Article 120c, indecent exposure.

An airman first class assigned to 52nd Security Forces Squadron failed to adhere to proper weapons safety procedures by removing a pistol from its holster and pointing it at a fellow Airman while not in the line of duty. The member received a suspended reduction to E-2, forfeiture of $858 pay for two months, 30 days restriction, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty, and one violation of Article 128, assault.
