CURRENT

Article 15s

An Airman First Class assigned to the 52d Civil Engineer Squadron stole an American to European plug adapter from the Spangdahlem Army and Air Force Base Exchange Service.  The member received a reduction to E-2 (suspended for six months), 14 days restriction to the limits of Spangdahlem AB, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 121, larceny. 

A Senior Airman assigned to the 52d Component Maintenance Squadron wrongfully and unlawfully left the scene of an accident.  The member received a reduction to E-3 (suspended for 6 months), forfeiture of $250.00 pay, 20 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 134, fleeing scene of an accident. 

An Airman First Class assigned to the 52d Logistics Readiness Squadron overindulged in alcohol, causing him to be disorderly, and he assaulted an individual.  The member also wrongfully used disrespectful language towards a Security Forces member.  The member received a reduction to E-2 (suspended for 6 months), forfeitures of $250.00 pay per month for 2 months, 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 128, assault; and two violations of Article 134, disorderly on station and disrespect to a sentinel. 

A Senior Airman assigned to the 52d Logistics Readiness Squadron operated a vehicle while drunk.  The member received a reduction to E-3 (suspended for 6 months), 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, drunken or reckless operation of a vehicle.   

A Staff Sergeant assigned to the 52d Logistics Readiness Squadron operated a vehicle while drunk.  The member received a reduction to E-4 (suspended for 6 months), 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, drunken or reckless operation of a vehicle.

Discharges

An Airman assigned to the 52d Communications Squadron was discharged for Conditions That Interfere With Military Service and received an Honorable service characterization.
