52d Maintenance Operations Squadron (52 MOS)
The 52d Maintenance Operations Squadron supports the 52d Fighter Wing mission by managing and monitoring aircraft fleet health and all associated maintenance activity. The Squadron plans and directs 52d Fighter Wing logistics programs to support US and NATO objectives, to include most aircraft maintenance training efforts and 52d Maintenance Group security and facility programs. It also provides administrative oversight to Quality Assurance and Weapons Standardization functions.

Personnel and Resources
The 52d Maintenance Operations Squadron is comprised of 90 hardworking men and women who are responsible to support the personnel of the 52d Maintenance Group.
The 52d Maintenance Operations Squadron is organized into various Operational Support Agencies and plans and directs logistics programs to support US and NATO objectives. These programs include both 52d Maintenance Group and squadron mobility, security, training and facility programs. The squadron also manages the 52d Fighter Wing's Cost per Flying Hour Program and provides administrative oversight to Quality Assurance, Weapons Standardization and the Consolidated Client Support program.
The 52d Maintenance Operations Support Squadron has provided support for Maintenance Operations around the world and has represented Spangdahlem AB and the United States by providing training, oversight, and administrative support both at home and in theater. In addition, the 52d MOS has also improved the lives of several airmen and their families through numerous hours of volunteer work in programs such as the bi-annual 52 FW bazaars, Airmen Against Drunk Driving, and various other Quality of Life Programs.
