Flowers, Jr., 52nd Medical Group commander, Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, greets a group of German doctors on base at the Brick House Oct. 27 during the 52nd MDG’s first executive-level Eifel Health Consortium. Spangdahlem Airmen and their families rely on local doctors for specialty healthcare.
