Airmen honor life, accomplishments of Lt. Gen. Leo Marquez
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Capt. Hubert Cantwell, 52nd Equipment Maintenance Squadron maintenance operations officer, speaks about the contributions to the Air Force made by Lt. Gen. Leo Marquez at a dedication ceremony at the Eifel Community Center here Jan. 31. Airmen attended the event to honor the Marquez and his 33 years of Air Force service. Some of Marquez’ additions include the implementation of the Air Force Combat Ammunitions Center — an advanced training course for munitions Airmen — and the maintenance badge that all Air Force maintainers now wear.
