SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Sarah Ellis, 52nd Medical Operations Squadron NCO in charge of Allergy and Immunizations from Mount Hood, Ore., fills a syringe with a vaccine to administer to a patient April 2, 2013. Vaccines provide Airmen with the ability to fight off infectious diseases. The clinic administers more than 1,500 immunizations monthly to 52nd Fighter Wing members and their families.
