The U.S. Postal Service announced proposed price changes, including an increase in the price of a first-class mail single-piece letter from 46 cents to 49 cents as of Jan. 26, 2014.Customers will see an overall increase in price of 2.4 percent."The biggest change would be 46-cent stamp.
