Where and When you Joined the AF:

Enjoying time with friends and family, preferably in the outdoors!

Previous assignments:

- Ramstein AB, Germany (Aug 16-Jun 17)

- Eglin AFB, Florida (Jul 13- Jul 16)

- Misawa AB, Japan (Jul 11-Jul 13)

Organizational Goals:

Mission – Medically Ready Airmen, both in our wartime portfolio and Wing readiness

Leadership – Developing our Airmen; building the AF’s bench

Community – Caring for our Wingman and their families; Community ambassadors

Work Philosophy:

Two tenants underpin my leadership philosophy.  First, regardless of our respective rank, position or title, every Airmen has a leadership role that is critical to advancing the mission.  Second, reputation and teamwork matter greatly, and trust is the foundation to achieve both.
