The vehicle registration office is by appointment only.

Normal operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Take a minute to review to informative signs posted along the driveway and ensure you have the following required items in your vehicle:
First Aid Kit (DIN 13164)
Warning triangle
(These items are inspected at the beginning of the inspection proces.)
Without an AE Form 190-10 or 1901AA (Renewal Application), the inspectors will not begin the inspection.
For safety reasons, please wait at the stop sign until an inspector waves you forward.

Office Hours
We understand that it may be difficult to leave your place of work during our hours of operation (0745-1515). We have a requirement to perform end of day inventory and forward the inventory to USAREUR Headquarters. In an attempt to ease some of these issues, we offer appointment times to better accommodate individual schedules. You can make an appointment by emailing our org box 52sfs.s5.vehicleregistation@us.af.mil, call us at 452-6620, or stop by and see us in the office Bldg. 127.
International License
We can provide you the application for your International License AFTER you receive your hard copy USAREUR License from us. To receive your International License, you would need to take the pre-filled application, a biometric/passport photo, and €15 to the Bitburg courthouse. The application you receive from our office is only valid for 1 week and includes the location and hours of operation.
Registration for TDY/Deployed Members
We offer a few options to make sure your registration does not expire while you deploy or go TDY. You can do an early renewal of your registration or put it in a non-operational status. A non-operational registration is valid for 90 days, but you may be granted a non-op for up to 1 year with SFS Commander approval to cover the length of time you are gone.
