Court Martials

 

52d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron

A Special Court-Martial in the case of U.S. v. A1C Troy M. Fisher convened on 12 June 2017.  A1C Fisher was convicted on one charge and one specification of violating Article 85, Uniform Code of Military Justice, for desertion.  He was sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, 3 months confinement, forfeitures of $500.00 pay per month for 3 months, and reduction to E-1.

52d Maintenance Group

 

A Senior Airman assigned to the 52d Maintenance Group drove while under the influence of alcohol, and was incapacitated for the performance of his duties.  The member received a reduction to E-3 and a reprimand.

 

52d Maintenance Squadron

 

A Senior Airman assigned to the 52d Maintenance Group sexually harassed and assaulted another person.  The member received a reduction to E-2 (with reduction below E-3 suspended) and a reprimand.

 

A Senior Airman assigned to the 52d Maintenance Group used marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms.  The member received a reduction to E-2 and a reprimand. 

 

702d Munitions Support Squadron

 

A Senior Airman assigned to the 702d Munitions Support Squadron drove while under the influence of alcohol, and fled the scene of an accident.  The member received a reduction to E-3, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand.  

 

52d Security Forces Squadron

 

An Airman First Class assigned to the 52d Security Forces Squadron was absent without leave and derelict in the performance of his duties by sleeping at work.  The member received a reduction to E-2, forfeitures of $314.00 pay per month for 2 months (suspended) and a reprimand.

 

A Senior Airman assigned to the 52d Security Forces Squadron signed a false official statement and was derelict in the performance of his duties by sleeping at work.  The member received a reduction to E-3 and a reprimand.
